Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data to identify counterfeiting cases and to enforce Nestlé’s rights in accordance with Article 6, paragraphs 1(a), 1(c), and 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Recipients of Personal Data

Transfer of Personal Data

The storage and processing of your personal data may involve transferring your data to, and/or storing it at, a destination outside of your country of residence, including the EU/CH. Your personal data may also be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (e.g., other Nestlé entities), including to countries which may have different data protection standards than those applicable in the EEA (such as the USA, Ukraine, Brazil, Philippines).

We (i) have put in place Nestlé Binding Corporate Rules (www.nestle.com/bcr) to protect your personal data and/or (ii) will rely on another valid transfer.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for the duration of the anti-counterfeiting action, plus an additional two years for archiving and reporting purposes.
